Description
This introductory level workshop explores yoga as a therapeutic and somatic practice. Using yoga poses and guided dialogue, we will learn how movement, breath, and awareness can support the processing of trauma stored in the body. Participants will learn how to foster greater resilience, self-connection, and embodied presence.
