Glow under the black lights in this kid’s yoga flow set to high energy, feel good music. Accessible, fun, and welcoming for kids from 5-12. Parents, feel free to join in on the class or drop the kids off for the hour. We will do breathing exercises, learn new yoga poses, & play fun games!

Wear white or neon to shine in class. Glow Sticks available to and make yourself glow even brighter!
