We believe that developing motor skills should be a fun, safe, and enriching experience. By fostering a love for movement in a supportive environment, we aim to instill confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity.

Founder
Julie Mark
Julie has been a yoga instructor since 2013 & a gymnastics coach since 2014. She is passionate about movement & deeply exploring the mind-body connection. Julie believes that yoga & fitness can be extremely healing tools to work through trauma stored in the body, develop emotional regulation skills, & learn to love ourselves.
